همانگونه که اطلاع دارید صدور احکام اداری ودستگیری فعالین صنفی و اجتماعی

معلمان توسط وزارت آموزش و سایر ارگان های انتظامی جمهوری اسلامی ادامه دارد.

در چند روز گذشته با دستگیری نمایندگان تشکل های صنفی در تهران و احضار و تهدید سایر معلمان در شهرهای مختلف وبا ایجاد فضای رعب و وحشت در میان معلمان سعی نموده اند تا همزمان با بازگشائی مدارس در اول مهر ماه از اعتراضات صنفی معلمان و برگزاری مراسم روز جهانی معلم (5 اکتبر) جلوگیری نمایند.

با توجه به شرایط حاکم بر معلمان در ایران و با توجه به اینکه با وجود اعتراضات گسترده داخلی و بین المللی به احکام صادره بر علیه معلمان و خصوصا حکم اعدام فرزاد کمانگر،دستگاه اداری و قضائی جمهوری اسلامی

تاکنون حاضر به لغو این احکام نگردیده و احکام جدیدی را نیز صادر نموده است ،لذا ما تقاضا داریم ، در جهت جلب گسترده تر افکار عمومی در سطح بین المللی و کمک جهانی گسترده تر برای لغو حکم اعدام فرزاد کمانگر و سایر احکام صادره برعلیه معلمان ، روز جهانی معلم 5 اکتبر از سوی EI  به عنوان روز لغو حکم اعدام فرزاد کمانگر نامگذاری شود.

تحقق چنین امری گامی مهم در همبستگی جهانی معلمان برای دستیابی به حقوق صنفی و مدنی است.

   Dear Mr. Fred Van Leewun, General Secretary of EI

 As you are aware, the Ministry of Education continues to issue the Administrative Disciplinary sentences for the trade unionists and still teachers are being arrested by the intelligence agents and Disciplinary organs in the Islamic Republic of Iran.

In last couple of days, the representatives of the Teachers Trade Associations had been arrested in Tehran, and still, teachers are being summoned and threatened in different areas across the country. The authorities attempt to create the fear atmosphere among the teachers in order to simultaneously prevent them to stage any protests by the time the schools start on September 21, First of Mehr and to celebrate the International Teachers Day on October 5^th.

The wide spread protests, nationally and internationally, against the judiciary and disciplinary sentences especially the death penalty in  Farzad’s case, yet, have not been resulted in any development in Farzad’s case, contrary, the teachers continue to receive new administrative disciplinary sentences.

Therefore, we would like to suggest you to call the International Teachers Day in 2008, the Day of Save Farzad and request the abolition of his death penalty. We hope that this action attracts more international public opinion attention and under the broader global support the sentences of Farzad and the other teachers will be broken.

We believe that if Farzad’s sentence and the other teachers’ sentences are broken due to the global support on the International Teachers Day it will have a great impact on the teachers’ international solidarity toward the civil and trade unions rights.  Thanks in advance for your attention and solidarity.
